From approximately September 2024 to January 2025, minimal construction traffic will be crossing the Hall Field entrance for the Vail Dam Site Clearing project. 

Then from approximately January 2025 to January 2026, Hall field will be closed Monday through Friday due to heavy construction traffic crossing the Hall Field entrance for the Vail Dam Construction project. 

However, during this period, TVF will have full access to hall field on Saturdays and holidays. 

During the month of January 2026, existing on-site facilities will be removed and stored at the site for Rancho Water's full use of Hall Field. 

Then, from approximately February 2026 through October 2027, Hall field will be closed to the public to complete the Vail Dam Construction project and then will continue to remain closed to the public after construction, from approximately November 2027 through December 2027 for the resoration of Hall Field. 

Due to scheduling changes beyond Rancho Water's control, milestone dates described above may flucutate 2 or 3 months.
